China Chemical Engineering Second Construction Corporation, established at 1953, with head office at Taiyuan city, known as “Dragon City”, is one of the affiliates of China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd, which is under the management of State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The total number of employees in CCESCC is 6518, among which 4381 persons on technical and cost management level, 622 number of holders of various registered certificates, including 523 number of holders of registered constructor qualification and associate constructor qualification (198 number with constructor qualification). With registered capital of RMB 500 million yuan, CCESCC is one of the key enterprises in China petro-chemical construction industry.

       公司业务涵盖工程总承包、设计、施工、制造、科研、房地产开发、物流和基础事业投融资。经营范围遍及除港、澳、台以外的全国31个省（市）、自治区、直辖市，以及哈萨克斯坦、土耳其、新加坡、缅甸、斯里兰卡、印尼、马来西亚、文莱、坦桑尼亚、莫桑比克、安哥拉等25个国家和地区。公司拥有设计院（甲级）、技术中心（国家级）、21个职能部室、30多个国内分子公司和3个海外分公司；拥有岩土勘察、地基处理、建筑、安装、电气仪表、检测检验、防腐保温、大型机械施工、大件吊装、房地产开发和物流等14个专业子公司。年施工生产能力超过100亿元，其中非标设备、压力容器和金属结构年制造能力达15万吨，房地产年开发能力超过30万平方米。自主研发并制造的6400吨液压复式起重机被认定为全球陆地最大的起重机。

Covering the fields of project general contracting, engineering design, construction, fabrication, scientific research, real estate development, logistics, infrastructure investment & financing, business of CCESCC extends all over China except Hongkong, Macaw and Taiwan, and moreover extends to 25 number of countries and areas, including Kazakhstan, Turkey, Singapore, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Tanzania, Mozambique, Angola and etc. CCESCC consists of a design institute (class A), a technical center (national level), 21 number of functional departments at head office, more than 30 number of branches in China and 3 overseas branches. There are 14 specialized subsidiaries hold by CCESCC, covering the field of soil investigation, ground treatment, architecture & building, installation, electrical & instrumentation, inspection & test, painting and insulation, construction by large-size devices, heavy hoisting, real estate development, logistics and etc. Annual production capacity of CCESCC is more than RMB 10 billion, among which fabrication capacity of non-standard equipment, pressure vessel and metal structure is up to 150 thousand ton, real estate development capacity more than 300 thousand square meters. 6400 ton hydraulic double gantry crane, researched and developed independently by CCESCC, has been officially identified as the land crane with the largest lifting capacity in the world.

CCESCC is awarded with special-class (top grade) general contracting qualifications for petro-chemical construction; class A engineering design qualification in chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceuticals industry; class B special engineering design qualification in environmental engineering & air pollution prevention and control; general construction contracting qualification in civil building projects, municipal projects, mechanical and electrical engineering projects, metallurgical engineering projects, power engineering projects; special contracting qualification in foundation and ground treatment work, fire fighting devices work, plant equipment installation work, environmental protection work, steel structure work, building wall work and other special works; first-class qualification in real estate development projects; direct international business & contracting qualification; design(manufacturing and assembly welding) license for pressure vessel; Installation, alteration, repair & maintenance license for boilers; design (installation) license for pressure pipelines; erection & maintenance license of lifting equipment. The months and years passed by like a stream. As a key enterprise in chemical and petro-chemical construction industry, with several generations’ hard working, CCESCC marched through the past 60 years with all kinds of trials and hardships.
